Hey Team, this is Coach Blake, Friday we will be doing a workout 'Helen for Houston' to raise money to help the local Houston Crossfit boxes rebuild their home. They have had severe damage to their gyms and we all know how much our box means to us so let's come together and donate to this cause. We are collecting cash only (they have asked for no food because they currently don't have the space to hold it with the overwhelming response of people donating!) Your coach Friday will have a envelope to collect your donation (anything is appreciated) and then I will gather it together and donate it from our gyms to the proper place! We are aware of Hurricane Irma and when the time is right we may do another WOD similar to help the boxes is the areas of need.
